Designed to provide an advanced understanding of the five coaching styles used in the Coaching Model. Participants learn to provide strong, yet flexible guidance and engagement. They gain depth of understanding in the skills of Assessment, Adaptability, Alignment, and Action that permit the coach to open up communication, help others develop competencies and commitment, and teach others how to provide their own direction and support. This session teaches how to develop an individualized and flexible approach to coaching based on the readiness level of the team or person being coached.
