Flex Coaching – Strategies for Guiding Others
Assessment examines capability on the process, skill, or task at hand.  To be capable, a client must be both able and motivated.  As such, coaching begins with an assessment of ability and motivation (capability = ability + motivation).

Corporate Impact Flex Coaching Model
Adaptability is the coach’s ability to adapt his or her coaching style to the client’s specific needs - to use the right balance of guidance (direction, advising, informing, and teaching) and engagement (interpersonal relationship, encouragement, and belief) needed to achieve results.
Alignment is the coach’s ability to match coaching style to client capability.
Action is the purposeful pursuit of coaching as a tool for continuous team and individual development.
With your facilitator and classmates, you will begin a journey that focuses on helping others to excel and to improve the organization.
