Mirror on Management
Corporate Impact’s Mirror on Management process combines 360° assessment with a 2 ½ day workshop session and one-on-one follow-up to achieve rapid improvement in leadership effectiveness. The process consists of three primary elements.
Step One: The Assessment
Our Skillscope 360 Assessment provides individuals with insightful, valuable feedback on 15 job-related skills and provides critical information that can help managers be more successful.
Step Two: The Workshop
Participants demonstrate their management abilities by taking part in business simulations. Each participant is given a stretch assignment as a member of a management team with responsibility for an unfamiliar area of the business.

AGENDA
Day one
Participants gain an understanding of their managerial skills and development needs through feedback on the Skillsope Assessment and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a personality inventory that describes style preferences
Day two
Hands-on simulations in which the participants function as members of the top management team of simulated businesses. They address a number of realistic and challenging issues, problems and opportunities. The direction and success of the business is based on the management team’s decisions.
Day three
Using the insights gained during the first two days, participants have the opportunity to integrate and structure the information into development goals that will serve as guides for their growth as managers.
Step Three: Follow-up
A one-on-one session (1 hour duration) scheduled with each participant approximately 3 months after initial 3-day course. This meeting is to discuss participant’s development plans and any other related issues with the consultant.
