Time Management
Corporate Impact Time Management provides the skills to take charge of your time by taking charge of your life.  This session gives participants the tools and techniques to clarify their life values, define clear goals, and go about reaching them.  Most importantly, Time Management shows participants how to integrate their business, personal and community lives, making the choice to use time effectively on the critical activities that accomplish one’s goals and support one’s values.
Workshop Content
Participants will learn six essential components for gaining control of your time and your life:
MANAGING TIME:  Teaches the art of controlling events by making choices and taking charge, prioritizing the critical few and the urgent many.  Gaining control looks beyond time management tricks to skills and tools that enhance control of the vital events of your life.

KNOWING WHAT IS IMPORTANT: What we do is a function of what is important to us - who we are and what we stand for.  You will clarify and unify business, personal, family, and community roles.

SETTING GOALS:  If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there.  Gaining control requires the development of clear goals in every aspect of our lives - business, personal, family, community, and other areas of importance.

GETTING ORGANIZED:  Teaches you a sure fire system for personal organization using your PDA or our planner dairy system.

EIGHT POWER HABITS:  Provides an understanding of eight habits necessary to improve your personal productivity and effectiveness.

EIGHT DEADLY SINS:  Gaining control of your time requires mastering these eight common productivity killers -
